Thomas Kelly
CEO/Founder
Tom started on this journey when he was 14 completing his DofE, when he completed Gold he began to help out and then Run the DofE at the school he did his. He completed the Basic Expedition Leader course and 17 and went straight on to do his Mountain Leader. For the past 21 years he has be delivering DofE Expeditions, outdoor training for adults and other outdoor activities. Tom is passionate about giving people the opportunities to excel and to experience the outdoors. His hobbies including walking with his family and Dog and watching Everton (although not much at the moment).
Tommy Kelly
Lead Instructor
Tommy started my walking experience helping out on the Basic Expedition Leadership Award (BELA) completing the course himself over 16 years ago. He went on complete the Walking Group Leader Award (WGL) and finally the Mountain Leader (ML) 10 years ago. He has trained that many people over a 16-years he has lost count but it must over a 1000.
His hobbies are long distance walking, Pennie Way, Coast to Coast, West Highland Way etc, and his passion is Flora and Fauna.
His day job is the Group Health & Safety Manager for Matalan, responsible for 233 stores, 2 Distribution Centres and the Head Office, so he knows all about risk assessment.

Paul Beard

Paul has just turned 50, he is a trained Hill & Moorland Leader and Basic Expedition Leader. He has been delivering DofE Expeditions for 8 years. He has also completed the Wainwright's, keen wildlife enthusiast, amateur photographer , used to be fit. Avid LFC fan and season ticket holder
Mike Rowbottom
Lead Instructor
Mike has 15 years experience hill and fell-walking in the UK. Leading And Assessing DofE and training BEL courses and Lowland Leader Courses. He is a Qualified Mountain Leader, Basic Expedition Leader and Accredited Leave No Trace trainer.
